Some carefully selected items are shipped directly from our partner warehouse, which allows us to keep prices fair while still offering a curated boutique-quality experience. All items are tracked, and we personally monitor and support every order from start to finish.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, peak

seasons, or courier delays. Once an order has been dispatched, transit times are outside our control.
